Your satisfaction is the key to our success. We pride ourselves on the high percentage of our customers who return to buy additional Survival Optics products after their initial purchase. We check every pair of SOS sunglasses we ship so that we can be certain you receive exactly what you ordered: A high quality, feature filled product at an affordable price.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs), replacement (if deemed defective) or exchange for another style (you choose a different style and pay the difference or we'll refund the difference). The returned item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (all originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases).

12 Month Warranty

All Survival Optics Sunglasses (SOS) have a 12 month warranty for manufacturer defects. We reserve the right to repair, replace or provide a full refund for any product confirmed to be defective within the warranty period. This covers manufacturing and material faults and excludes wear and tear or gross negligence on behalf of the owner. Examples of everyday gross negligence are – dropping them onto the road, face planting and scrubbing your lenses with a beach towel full of sand.

All returns must be pre-authorised by Survival Optics (contact us). You must include your original receipt.

All returns must be forwarded to us freight prepaid and we will pay the freight charge for the return to you.

Once products have been dispatched: shipping, handling and freight charges are not eligible to be refunded. The warranty only covers the item itself, not additional charges.

As well as the standard 12 month warranty for manufacturer defects, SOS offers a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee.

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

After 12 months, SOS will, at their sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective or damaged Survival Optics Sunglasses®. This covers manufacturing and material faults and excludes wear and tear or gross negligence on behalf of the owner. Examples of everyday gross negligence are - sitting on your sunglasses, treading on them and baking them in the hot sun on the dashboard of your car. You will be charged a nominal fee of $30.00, plus the return shipping fee if a material fault is diagnosed.

For replacement lenses that you have scratched, scuffed or grazed, there is a
 charge of $20.00 per pair of tinted polycarbonate lenses and $30.00 per pair of polarized or XLT Chromacoat lenses.

Please contact us first for the return Authorization (RA), return to us freight pre-paid, accompanied by your original purchase receipt.
